以教学病例库为基础的妇产科临床情景教学方法研究

摘要
目的分析讨论在对妇产科临床情景教学方法中进行教学病例库为基础的方法实际影响和使用价值。方法选取本院2015年12月—2017年12月在我院妇产科进行学习的学生60名作为研究对象,根据入院先后将其均分为两组,每组各30名。1组为对照组,使用常规教学方法 ;2组为观察组,使用以教学病理库为基础的教学方法。比较两组学生理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩和优良率。结果观察组理论考核成绩和操作考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组优良率依次为96.67%和76.67%,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用以教学病理库为基础的教学方式能显著提高实习学生理论和操作考核成绩,整体合格率高。
        Objective To discuss the application of case library-based situational teaching modes in the gynecology and obstetrics department. Methods 60 students learned from December 2015 to December 2017 in our gynecology and obstetrics department were selected. The subjects were assigned to two groups according to registration number, 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode; the observation group adopted the case library-based teaching mode. The student's theoretical and operation examination scores and good rate were compared. Results The scores of theoretical examination and operation examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The excellent and good rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.67% and 76.67% respectively, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The case library-based teaching mode can remarkably improve the student's theoretical and operation examination scores and overall qualified rate.
