摘要
藏药柳茶系蔷薇科鲜卑花属植物窄叶鲜卑花(Sibraea angustata (Rech.) Hand.-Mazz.)的俗称,主要生长于中国青海、四川、甘肃、云南、西藏等高海拔地区。柳茶为藏族民间常用药,具有清胃热、助消化、调节脂代谢、抗氧化、抗肝损伤、提高免疫力、抗肿瘤、抑菌等药用功能。本综述对藏药柳茶的生物学特征、化学成分、药理作用等方面进行了系统综述,并针对其研究过程中存在的问题和发展前景等进行了分析讨论,并进一步阐述了植物分子育种手段在藏药柳茶野生资源保护及开发中的应用,以期为藏药柳茶的种质资源保护、生态环境建设及药用价值的进一步开发利用提升提供理论参考。
        Liu tea of folk medicine in the Tibetan is a common name for Sibiraea angustata(Rech.) Hand.-Mazz.of Sibiraea Maxim plants in Rosaceae family, it was mainly produced at high altitude areas, such asin Tibet, Sichuan,Qinghai, Gansu and Yunnan. Liu tea is a common Tibetan folk medicine with the functions of clearing stomach heat, aiding digestion, regulating lipid metabolism, antioxidant, anti-liver injury, immune regulation, anti-tumor,anti-bacterial and so on. The objective of this review was to summarize the biological characteristics, chemical composition and pharmacological research, analyze and discuss the existing problems and development prospects in the course of research. The application of plant molecular breeding in the protection and development of Sibraea angustata was further expounded in order to provide a theoretical reference for the protection of germplasm resources,the construction of ecological environment and the further development and utilization of medicinal value.
