牙周-牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗重度牙周炎的效果对比分析

摘要
目的对比分析牙周-牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗在重度牙周炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择2016年11月—2018年3月我院收治的76例重度牙周炎患者,根据其治疗方案不同进行分组,A组(n=38)予以牙周-牙髓联合治疗,B组(n=38)患者接受单纯牙周治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果 A组的临床总有效率97.37%,高于B组的84.21%(P <0.05);治疗前,两组患者菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PPD)、松动度(MD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗4周、8周后两组患者的上述指标均有改善,但A组的改善幅度优于B组(P <0.05)。结论与单纯牙周治疗相比,牙周-牙髓联合治疗重度牙周炎效果显著,可有效改善患者牙周、牙髓状况,缓解临床症状。
Objective To compare the effect of combined periodontal endodontic therapy and simple periodontal therapy in patients with severe periodontitis. Methods From November 2016 to March 2018, 76 patients with severe periodontitis were selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment schemes. Group A(n=38) was treated with combined periodontal endodontic therapy, and group B(n=38) was treated with simple periodontitis therapy, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of group A was 97.37%, which was significantly higher than 84.21% of group B(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant difference in PLI, PPD, MD and SBI between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks, the above indexes of the two groups improved, but group A was significantly better than group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with simple periodontal therapy, combined periodontal endodontic therapy for severe periodontitis has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the periodontal and endodontic conditions of patients and alleviate clinical symptoms.
