摘要
技能人才是浙江水利行业人才队伍的重要组成部分,是基层一线防汛防台抗旱、生产运行和工程维修养护的主力军。在分析国外技能人才培养模式的理论研究和实践经验基础上,针对浙江省水利行业技能人才培养现状,探索浙江省水利行业技能人才培养模式,建议加强战略规划,推动继续教育,深化产教融合、校企合作,营造良好的社会氛围等。
        Skilled talents are an important part of the talent team of Zhejiang water conservancy industry,and are the main force of flood control,typhoon control,drought resistance,production operation and engineering maintenance at the grass-roots level. Based on the analysis of the theoretical research and practical experience of the training mode of skilled talents abroad,and in view of the current situation of the training of skilled talents in the water industry of Zhejiang Province,this paper explores the training mode of skilled talents in the water industry of Zhejiang Province,and proposes to strengthen strategic planning,promote continuing education,deepen the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and create a good social atmosphere.
