摘要
提出了一种结合等效电路建模仿真与开环故障隔离的锁相环电路故障诊断定位方法,分析了锁相环电路的工作原理,建立了等效电路模型,仿真分析了各模块在环路正常情况下的输出信号的特性;在开环状态下分析了环路故障的模拟与诊断方法;针对典型的压控振荡器故障和环路滤波器故障,利用开环故障隔离法进行故障诊断定位,通过实例证明了该方法的有效性和可行性,对于具有回路特性的模拟电路故障诊断具有一定参考价值。
        A fault diagnosis and location method of PLL circuit which combines equivalent circuit modeling and simulation with open-loop fault isolation was proposed. The principle of PLL circuit was analyzed,and the equivalent circuit model was established,and the output signal characteristics of each module under the normal condition of the loop were simulated and analyzed. The simulation and diagnosis methods of typical faults were analyzed under the open loop state. The fault of voltage controlled oscillator and the fault of loop filter were diagnosed with the open-loop fault isolation method. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method were proved by the examples. The method presented in this paper has certain reference value for fault diagnosis of analog circuits with loop characteristics.
