摘要

针对脱硫石膏品质差、含水率高、杂质多等影响综合利用的问题进行原因分析,从锅炉燃烧调整、脱硝装置运行、除尘器工作性能到脱硫塔运行控制进行全面对照分析,确定了影响石膏品质的原因。通过燃烧控制、脱硝装置调平、脱硫塔工艺参数控制和脱水设备的改进等措施,提高了石膏品质,实现综合利用。
        Analyse reasonsaimed atthe influence comprehensive utilization factors such as the poor quality of desulfurategypsum,high content of moisture and impurities,overall contrast analysefrom the boiler combustion adjustment,denitration device running,filter performanceanddesulfurization tower operation control,to determine the cause that influences the quality of gypsum.Improve the quality of gypsum and realize the comprehensive utilization by the measurements of burning control,denitration devicelevelling,desulfurizing tower process parameter control and dewatering equipment improvement.
