摘要
传统普通聚乙烯管材在全球应用已有超过50年历史,但其使用温度不超过40℃,限制了其在供暖领域应用。耐热型聚乙烯PE-RT,具有优异的长期高温静液压强度和优良的耐低温冲击性能。将耐热型聚乙烯作为原料用来生产钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管,使钢塑复合管在耐压防腐的优势上增加耐热性能,并对其进行了80℃、1 MPa长期循环试验,考察其耐热性能,扩大其应用领域。
        The working temperature of ordinary polyethylene plastic is below 40℃, which limits its application in heating supply field. However, heat-resistant polyethylene PE-RT has the excellent properties of hydraulic strength under high temperature and impact toughness under low temperature. In this article, PE-RT was used as the skeleton in polyethylene composite pipe so as to make this steel-plastic composite pipe with not only pressure-resistant and anticorrosion properties but also heat-resistant one.Theheat-resistant property of this composite pipe was validated with long term test under the temperature of 80℃ and pressure of 1 MPa. It was shown that its application can be extended to this situation.
