用一次性肛周脓肿根治术治疗肛周脓肿的效果分析

摘要
目的 :分析用一次性肛周脓肿根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法 :选取2017年4月至2018年3月期间成都市郫都区人民医院收治的58例肛周脓肿患者为研究对象。将其中接受切开引流术的29例患者设为对照组,将其中接受一次性肛周脓肿根治术的29例患者设为观察组。手术结束后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、创面愈合的时间、术后创面疼痛的程度,观察其生活质量的改善情况。结果 :与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率较高,术后其创面愈合的时间较短,其VAS评分较低,手术结束1个月后其SF-36量表的评分较高,P <0.05。结论 :对肛周脓肿患者用一次性肛周脓肿根治术进行治疗的效果良好,可减轻其创面的疼痛感,加快其创面愈合的速度,提高其术后的生活质量。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of radical perianal abscess resection for perianal abscess. Methods: to choose between April 2017 and March 2017 Pi all district people's hospital of chengdu admitted during the period of 58 cases of anus week abscess patients as the research object. Among them, 29 patients receiving incision and drainage were set as the control group, and 29 patients receiving one-time radical resection of perianal abscess were set as the observation group.After the operation, the clinical efficacy, wound healing time and postoperative wound pain degree of the two groups were compared to observe the improvement of their quality of life. Results: compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group had higher total effective rate, shorter postoperative wound healing time,lower VAS score, and higher sf-36 scale score one month after the operation(P < 0.05). Conclusion: perianal abscess patients with one-time perianal abscess radical operation for the treatment of good results, can reduce the pain of their wounds, accelerate the speed of wound healing, improve the quality of life after their surgery.
