摘要
目的探讨新型无线镇痛泵系统(wireless analgesia management system, WAMS)用于患者术后镇痛管理是否具有可行性及有效性。方法 100例术后需自控镇痛患者随机分为新型组50例和传统组50例;新型组(N组)采用新型WAMS和传统组(C组)采用WAMS。比较两组的有效按压次数、总按压次数,出麻醉监护治疗室(post-anesthesia care unit,PACU)及术后三天内(9:00am±1 h)的静息、数字疼痛评分(numerical rating scale,NRS)评分、恶心呕吐评分、镇静评分及满意度。结果 N组与C组相比,NRS评分差异无统计学差异。有效按压次数明显N组高于C组;N组恶心呕吐发生率、镇静评分低于C组;满意度两组无明显差异。结论新型无线镇痛泵系统在确保镇痛有效性的基础上明显减少镇痛药用量,进一步降低恶心呕吐发生率,提高了患者的满意度,实现个体化镇痛管理,安全可行。
