摘要
本实验主要通过水提醇沉法对西藏产卷丹中的多糖成分进行提取并分析,通过在不同提取时间、提取温度以及料液比的情况下对多糖进行提取并分析各因素对提取效率的影响,最后以多糖提取得率作为评价指标,对提取效果进行评定。在单因素实验结果的基础之上,再通过Box-Behnken响应面法对卷丹提取条件进行优化处理。实验结果表明,多糖最佳的提取条件为:提取时间78.4 min、提取温度90℃、料液比1:29.4,在此最佳条件下进行多糖提取,其多糖得率为14.92%,与软件理论预期结果相差为0.18%。实验结果表明,利用响应面法优化卷丹多糖的提取工艺是合理可行的。
        In this experiment, the polysaccharide components of Tibetan Lilium lancifolium were extracted and analyzed by water extraction and alcohol precipitation methods, and the effects of various factors on extraction efficiency were analyzed by extracting polysaccharide with different extraction time, extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio. Finally, the extraction rate of polysaccharide was taken as the evaluation index to evaluate the extraction effect.On the basis of single factor experiment results, the extraction conditions of Lilium lancifolium were optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method. The experimental results showed that the best extraction condition of polysaccharide was extracting time 78.4 min,extraction temperature 90℃and solid-liquid ratio 1:29.4. Polysaccharide extraction was carried out under the optimal conditions, and the polysaccharide yield was 14.92%, which differed in 0.18% compared with the expected result of software theory. The experimental results showed that it was reasonable and feasible to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide from Lilium lancifolium by response surface method.
