摘要
高校高端科技人才密集,具有得天独厚的科研创新优势和条件,在国家创新体系中占有举足轻重的地位。全国高校每年有近万项科技成果通过鉴定,其中有近三分之一的成果为国际领先水平或填补了国内空白。然而,大量的科技成果并没有转化为现实生产力,科技成果转化率低是长期困扰我国创新型国家建设和民族产业振兴的主要因素。厘清科技成果转化阻滞机理,构建科技成果转化疏导机制,在校企接力创新的同时,自觉提升自主转化意识实现自主转化,是成功破解科技成果转化率低的关键。
        Higher education institutions occupy an essential position in China's innovation system,for they have intensive high-end technological talents and possess unique advantages and capacities in research and innovation. Every year,nearly thousands of scientific and technological achievements have passed the appraisal,almost one third of which reach the international advanced level or fill the gap domestically. However,a large number of the scientific and technological achievements have not been transformed into actual productivity at all,thus the low transforming rate is the major obstacles in the process of construction of an innovative country and the national industry revitalization. Therefore,clarifying the principles of transforming achievements,constructing the mechanism of eliminating obstacles,relaying innovation between higher education institutions and enterprises,and enhancing the sense of self- transformation consciously are the key to solving the these problems.
