中老年特定人群口腔体检牙周疾病相关因素分析

摘要
目的:探讨口腔牙周体检结果中各种牙周疾病的发生情况,并总结其发病的相关因素。方法:选取2015年6月～2017年6月于我院接受口腔健康体检的2581例体检人员作为研究对象。体检对象中男性1249例,女性1332例,年龄在45～82岁,首先对所有体检对象进行口腔健康知识问卷调查,在由我院口腔医师进行常规口腔健康体检,分析2581例体检对象的牙周疾病患病情况,并结合调查问卷研究口腔牙周疾病发病的相关影响因素。结果:2581例体检对象中共有2358例检出存在牙周疾病,检出率为91.36%,其中牙石检出2275例,检出率为88.14%,牙龈出血1096例,检出率42.46%,牙周炎1145例,检出率44.36%;结合问卷调查及问诊结果进行相关因素分析可知,个人口腔卫生因素、正畸治疗或佩戴义齿因素、细菌病毒感染、内分泌状态、心理因素是影响牙周疾病发生的主要因素,其与口腔牙周疾病的发生具有密切联系。结论:2581例体检对象的口腔牙周体检结果中普遍存在牙石、牙周炎、牙龈出血等牙周疾病,具有发病率高、病情复杂的特点,临床与患者应提高对自身口腔牙周健康状态的重视程度,提高个人口腔卫生习惯,积极避免相关高危影响因素的发生,保持口腔牙周的健康状况。
Objective: To summarize the related factors by investigating the occurrence of periodontal diseases in oral periodontal examination. Methods: 2581 health examiners from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected. There were 1249 males and 1332 females, aged from 45 to 82 years. All the subjects were investigated with oral health knowledge questionnaire, and routine oral health examinations were conducted by oral physicians in our hospital. The prevalence of periodontal diseases was analyzed, and the incidence of oral periodontal diseases was studied with questionnaire. Results: The detection rate of periodontal disease was 91.36. Among them, 2275 cases were detected by odontolith(88.14%), 1096 cases were gingival hemorrhage(42.46%), and 1145 cases were periodontitis(44.36%). The factors of personal oral hygiene, orthodontic treatment or wearing denture, bacterial virus infection, and endocrine state were analyzed according to the results of questionnaire and inquiry. Psycho-social factors were the main factors that affected the occurrence of periodontal diseases, which were associated with the occurrence of oral periodontal diseases. Conclusion: The periodontal diseases, such as calculus, periodontitis, and gingival bleeding, are common in 2581 cases. They have the characteristics of high incidence and complicated condition. Clinic and patients should pay more attention to their periodontal health, improve their oral hygiene habits, actively avoid the occurrence of high-risk factors, and maintain periodontal health.
