冬季湿疹阳虚外寒证形成之相关因素分析

摘要
目的:探讨冬季湿疹阳虚外寒证形成的危险因素,为冬季湿疹阳虚外寒证的预防和临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取在河南省中医院门诊就诊的80例冬季湿疹阳虚外寒证患者(病例组)、80例湿热蕴肤证湿疹患者(对照组1)及80例健康人(对照组2)作为研究对象,采用两个对照组对其进行调查,并对冬季湿疹阳虚外寒证患者的相关危险因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果:将所有变量纳入多因素Logistic回归分析,结果显示阳虚体质、家族过敏史、负性情绪、舌质淡的OR值均大于1,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:阳虚体质、家族过敏史、负性情绪、舌色淡为冬季湿疹阳虚外寒证形成的危险因素。
Objective: To explore the risk factors of eczema hiemalis of the Yangxu Waihan syndrome( 阳虚外寒证), and to provide a basis for the prevention and clinical therapy of eczema hiemalis of the Yangxu Waihan syndrome. Methods: Select several cases who is outpatient clinic of Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, such as 80 cases of eczema hiemalis the Yangxu Waihan syndrome(the case group), 80 cases of eczema of the Shire Yunfu syndrome( 湿热蕴肤证)(the control group 1) and 80 healthy human(the control group2). Risk factors of eczema hiemalis of the Yangxu Waihan syndrome were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results: the OR values of the Yangxu( 阳虚) constitution, family history of allergy, negative emotions, pale tongue were greater than 1, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Yangxu constitution, negative emotions, family history of allergy, and pale tongue are the risk factors of the formation of eczema hiemalis of the Yangxu Waihan syndrome.
