摘要
本文针对智能配电网调度控制运行面临的接入用户广、影响因素多、定量评价难等情况,构建了一套智能配电网调度控制系统核心指标体系。首先,结合国内外现状分析了智能配电网的调度任务和运行状态;其次,从安全可靠、经济高效、技术先进和环境友好等4个方面构建了包含21个二级指标的智能配电网调度控制系统核心指标体系;最后,对两个典型区域的智能配电网运行进行分析。文中构建的指标体系不仅能反映智能配电网的运行状态,而且可以有效指导智能配电网运维人员提升业务能力。
        Considering the difficulties of the dispatching control system in smart distribution network,such as wide ac-cess,lots of influencing factors and difficult quantitative evaluation,a set of core index is constructed for the dispatch-ing control system in smart distribution network. Firstly,the task scheduling and running states of smart distribution net-work are analyzed with the combination of situations both at home and abroad. Then,the core index system is construct-ed,including 21 secondary indexes from 4 aspects(i.e.,safety and reliability,high economic efficiency,advanced tech-nology,and environmental friendliness). Finally,the operation of smart distribution network in two typical regions isanalyzed. The index system built in this paper can not only reflect the running state of smart distribution network,but al-so effectively guide the operation and maintenance personnel to enhance their professional ability.
