摘要
目的:观察游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损时颞浅动、静脉作为受区血管的临床应用效果。方法:回顾分析2015-08~2018-10期间12例采用颞浅动静脉作为受区血管的病例资料,结合相关文献进行分析讨论。结果:12例皮瓣完全成活,伤口愈合良好,术后无严重并发症发生。结论:颞浅动静脉用作游离皮瓣移植的受区血管是安全可靠的。
        Objective: To study the effects of superficial temporal artery and vein as recipient vessels for free flap in the reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects. Methods: 12 cases with oral and maxillofacial defects were treated by free flap with temporal superficial vessels as the recipient vessels between August 2015 and October 2018, the effects were observed, and the relevant literature was reviwed. Results: All 12 free flaps were successed, all wounds were well healed, no serious complications occurred after operation. Conclusion: It is safe and reliable to use the superficial temporal vessels as recipient vessels for free flap transplantation.
