摘要
在中试装置的基础上,分别在不同的输送气流量、气量分配比、给料斗压力、粉煤气速等条件下进行了输送试验,通过粉煤质量流量计进行计量,考察了操作参数对煤粉质量流量的影响。结果表明:当粉煤加压输送装置的输送气总量增大时,粉煤质量流量相应增加,两者存在幂指数函数关系;不同的输送气分配量对于粉煤的输送存在影响;粉煤管线的压差对粉煤流量影响因素较大,两者存在线性关系;输煤管线中粉煤输送气速的变化对粉煤质量流量几乎无影响。
        On the basis of the pilot plant, the transportation test was carried out under different conditions such as different air flow rate, gas distribution ratio, hopper pressure and pulverized coal gas velocity, and the operation parameters were measured by the pulverized coal mass flowmeter. Effect of pulverized coal mass flow. The results show that the mass flow rate of pulverized coal increases with the increase of the total amount of conveying gas in the pulverized coal pressurized conveying device, and there is power exponential function relationship between them; the different amount of conveying gas has an effect on the transportation of pulverized coal; the pressure difference of pipeline has a great influence on the flow rate of the pulverized coal, and there is a linear relationship between them. The change of gas velocity in the coal conveying pipeline has little effect on the mass flow of the pulverized coal.
