个性化疼痛护理对缓解急诊肾结石患者疼痛的效果

摘要
目的探讨个性化疼痛护理运用于急诊肾结石患者中,对于减轻患者疼痛的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月～2018年2月我院收治的60例急诊肾结石患者进行分组研究;根据护理方法的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组30例;对照组仅给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上联用个性化疼痛护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者干预后的疼痛缓解效果优于对照组,相关指标组间比较有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对于在院期间的护理满意率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的83.33%(25/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊肾结石患者实施个性化疼痛护理,不仅能够有效缓解患者的疼痛感还能在一定程度上推动和谐护患关系的建立,方法值得在临床中借鉴并推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of personalized pain care in patients with emergency kidney stones on pain relieving. Methods Sixty patients with emergency kidney stones admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected. According to the admission date, 60 patients were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care. The observation group was given personalized pain care on the basis of routine care to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The results showed that the pain relief effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group [96.67%(29/30)] was higher than that of the control group[83.33%(25/30)], which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of personalized pain care for patients with emergency kidney stones can not only effectively alleviate the pain of patients, but also promote the establishment of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients to a certain extent. The method is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
