摘要
采用耐高温聚酯多元醇、脂肪族二异氰酸酯、对苯二酚双(β-乙基)醚(HQEE)为主要原料,合成了具有高稳定性、无VOC的新型水性聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯乳液(HPUA),采用1,4-丁二醇(BDO)扩链,合成了聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯乳液(BPUA),考察乳液配制的水性胶粘剂在铝箔/PVC上的粘结应用性能。结果表明,HPUA和BPUA乳液的稳定性均表现优良。和BPUA相比,HPUA的各阶段热分解温度(T_(20)、T_(30)、T_(50)、T_(max1)和T_(max2))得到明显提高。该复合乳液配制的水性胶粘剂在铝箔/PVC之间的T-剥离强度达到15.3 N;易氧化物等指标符合医药包装标准,该HQEE改性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂适用于医药铝塑包装。
        The novel waterborne polyurethane-polyacrylate(HPUA) emulsion with high stability and no VOC was prepared with polyester polyol,aliphatic diisocyanate hydroquinone bis(β-ethyl) ether(HQEE) as main raw materials,and chain extender.And waterborne polyurethane-polyacrylate(BPUA) emulsion was prepared with the same method with 1,4-butanediol(BDO) as chain extender.The application properties of waterborne adhesive prepared from the emulsion on aluminum foil and PVC was tested.The results showed that both the HPUA and BPUA emulsions have good stability.The heat resistance of the HPUA films modified by HQEE was better than that of the BPUA films.The decomposition temperature(T_(20),T_(30),T_(50),T_(max1) and T_(max2)) of HPUA was improved by the HQEE modification.When the aluminum foil and PVC was bonded with waterborne adhesive prepared from the emulsion,the T-peel strength can reach 15.3 N,the content of readily oxidizable substance of the emulsions meet the standards for pharmaceutical packaging,and the waterborne adhesive modified with HQEE is suitable for pharmaceutical packaging.
