摘要
通过对履带总成在实际工况中失效分析,提出几种对链轨节、销轴和套筒渗碳处理工艺、机加工工艺粗糙度控制、形成稳定油膜最小间隙量计算等方面的建议,对提高履带的性能有一定指导作用。
Based on the failure analysis of caterpillar assembly in actual working conditions,this paper puts forward several suggestions on carburizing treatment technology of chain rail joint,pin shaft and sleeve,roughness control of machining technology,calculation of minimum clearance of forming stable oil film and so on,which will play a guiding role in improving high-quality performance of caterpillar.
