摘要
在日常教学中,以当前主流的电控燃油喷射发动机为主介绍其相关原理与结构,但是现有的教学设备存在一定的局限。因此,设计开发了一款电喷发动机燃油喷射展示系统。该系统基于单片机系统开发,发动机转速采用定时电路模拟,同时方波信号也用于上止点位置的确定,进气流量传感器、节气门位置和温度传感器采用线性电位计表示。以上述信号为基础,开发了相应的信号处理电路,完成了器件的选型,并开发了对应的软件,实现了喷油过程的控制。实验表明,该系统可实现根据外部传感器信息的变化改变喷油量,达到了预期设计目的。
At present, electronic fuel injection(EFI) engine is the common type for gasoline engine and the teaching of engine is also based on this type engine. One display system of EFI system was designed due to the limitation of existing aid teaching equipment. The system is developed based on single chip controller. The engine speed is simulated by timing circuit which is also the sensor of top dead center position and the intake flow sensor, throttle position sensor and engine body temperature sensor are simulated by linear potentiometer. Meanwhile, the corresponding hardware and software system were developed based on the controller which can realize the fuel injection variation. Then the experiments show that the system can vary the fuel injection according to the change of external sensor information and achieve the desired design purpose.
