不同针刺方案治疗脑卒中后失语症的临床研究

摘要
【目的】观察不同针刺方案治疗风痰瘀阻型脑卒中后运动性失语症的临床疗效。【方法】选择符合纳入标准的患者105例,随机分为观察组、对照1组、对照2组,每组35例。观察组接受百会八阵取穴针刺治疗,对照1组接受头针治疗,对照2组接受舌三针治疗。用汉语失语症检查法、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS量表)、生活质量量表评定临床疗效。【结果】治疗组治疗后在语言功能评分、NIHSS量表评分、生活质量评分方面与2个对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效总有效率为91.43%,明显高于2个对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】针刺百会八阵取穴法可以明显改善风痰瘀阻型脑卒中后运动性失语症患者的语言功能、神经缺损程度及生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical study of different acupuncture regimens for the treatment of Broca's aphasia after stroke with wind-phlegm and blood-stasis obstruction type.Methods A total of 105 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group,control group 1 and control group 2,35 cases in each group.The observation group received acupuncture regimen of Baihui eight-array points[a specific acupuncture therapy on the point located in each eighth of the connection line between Baihui(DU20)point and Yintang(EX-HN3)point].The control group 1 received scalp acupuncture,while the control group 2 received tongue tri-needle therapy.The clinical efficacy was assessed by Chinese aphasia test,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and quality of life scale.Results After treatment,the scores of language function,NIHSS and quality of life in the observation group were significantly different from those of both control groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.43%,which was significantly higher than that of both control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture regimen of Baihui eight-array points can obviously improve the language function,degree of neurological deficits and quality of life of post-stroke Broca's aphasia patients with wind-phlegm and blood-stasis obstruction type.
