声带颗粒细胞瘤合并声带息肉1例

<正>颗粒细胞瘤(granular cell tumor,GCT)是一种病因不明确的软组织肿瘤,发生于声带的GCT较少见且临床表现无特异性,普通的喉镜等检查难以与声带息肉等区分,当声带GCT合并其他声带病变时,易单纯误诊为声带其他病变。我院收治声带颗粒细胞瘤合并声带息肉1例,现报道如下。1 病例报告患者,女,59岁,因间断性声音嘶哑3年于2018年4月8日到我院就诊,常伴有咳嗽咳痰,夜间稍呼吸费力,偶有反酸烧心,无咽干、咽痛及咽喉异物
