摘要
研发了四种可用于"隐形面膜"的基布,这几种基布采用单纤维或多纤维混合成网,经过水刺加工而成,并对基布的机械性能、透气透湿性和透明性做了测试,与市场上一种常见的隐形面膜基布做对比,结果表明:本文研发的面膜基布干湿态物理机械性能优越,具有良好的透湿性和透气性,而且"隐形"良好,完全能适应市场"隐形"面膜的要求,并增加了新型生物纤维,满足了现代人对美丽与健康的双重需要;且采用短纤维经水刺加工,产品的尺寸稳定性好,透光率高,成本较低。
        Several fabrics for "invisible mask" were described. These types of fabric using a single fiber or multi fibers blend into net by spunlace processing. We tested the performance of these fabrics, and made comparison with the " transparent mask" in market. Results show that, new mask fabric has excellent physical and mechanical properties, can fully adapt to the " transparent mask" market requirement, and develops a new bio-fiber to meet the modern beauty and health needs. Staple fibers, with spunlace processing technology, make products have good dimensional stability, excellent light transmission and low cost.
