不动产登记数据整合外业调查方法

摘要
外业调查是不动产登记数据整合的重要步骤,可帮助内业处理问题及信息补充调查,保证工作顺利开展。本文介绍了不动产登记数据整合外业调查工作的具体内容,研究制定了一套不动产登记外业调查技术方法,并将该方法运用到北京市的相关工作中,取得了一定的成效,可为今后的不动产登记外业调查工作的实施提供一定的技术参考,更可为其他资源调查相关工作提供借鉴。
The field investigation is an important step of real estate registration data integration, which can help the office operation to deal with problems and information supplement survey, and ensure the smooth development of work. This paper introduces the real estate registration data integration of the specific content of field investigation, study and formulate a set of real estate registration field investigation method, and use this method to the related work in Beijing, has obtained certain result. It can provide certain technical reference for the future implementation of the field investigation of real estate registration, and also provide reference for other resources investigation related work.
