摘要
目的:通过实地调查和分析筛选出湖北贝母较优的种植模式。方法:对厚朴林下种植湖北贝母及单作湖北贝母两种种植模式下湖北贝母的生长状况进行调查,并对其性状构成进行分析和评价。结果:除叶长、叶宽外,其余性状均表现为林下模式大于单作模式;地上部分性状叶片数、叶长与株高显著正相关,地下部分性状与地上重均显著正相关;新生根数、须根数、鳞茎重、须根重及地上重在第1主成分特征向量中载荷因子较高;须根数、新生根数、鳞茎重、须根重、须根长、地上重与第1排序轴显著正相关。结论:林下贝母生长状况优于单作贝母,即林下种植模式更适宜湖北贝母的生长,在实际生产中应优先考虑。地下部分性状新生根数、须根数、鳞茎重、须根重是反映湖北贝母生长状况的主要指标,后续试验设计时应优先考虑。
        Objective:To select the optimal planting pattern of Fritillaria hupehensis by field investigation and analysis.Methods:The growth status of Fritillaria hupehensis under the forest of Magnolia officinalis and monoculture Fritillaria hupehensis were investigated,their character compositions were analyzed and evaluated.Results:Except for the leaf length and leaf width,the remaining characters in under-forest pattern were larger than monoculture.The number and length of leaves were positively correlated with plant height,while the traits of underground were positively correlated with aboveground weight.The number of new roots,fibrous roots,the weight of bulb,fibrous roots weight and aboveground weight had higher load factor in the first principal component eigenvector,the number of fibrous roots,new roots,the weight of bulb and fibrous roots,the length of fibrous roots and aboveground weight were significantly positively correlated with the first order axis.Conclusion:The growth status of under-forest Fritillaria hupehensis is superior to that of monoculture Fritillaria hupehensis.It is suggested that the under-forest planting mode is more suitable for the growth of Fritillaria hupehensis and the result can be considered in the practical production.The number of new roots,fibrous roots and the weight of bulb,fibrous roots of underground characters are the main indexes.Priority should be given to them for the design of follow-up tests.
