钉钉平台在武汉市某医院科研经费报销中的应用

摘要
科研经费报销周期长,流程繁琐,已成为大型综合性研究型医院亟待解决的问题。武汉市某医院改革科研经费报销流程,在科研报销工作中引入钉钉平台,为医务人员节约了大量时间,提高了医院运行效率。建议多个信息系统之间充分发挥协同效应,完善相关管理规范和制度建设,医院的信息部门应为信息系统提供足够的安全保障。
The long period and complicated procedures has become an urgent problem to be solved in reimbursement of scientific research funds in large comprehensive research hospitals. A hospital in Wuhan introduced a reimbursement platform named DingTalk into the work of scientific research reimbursement. It found that the introduction of the DingTalk platform in reimbursement of scientific research funds saved medical staff a lot of time, improved the efficiency of hospital operation. It is suggested that multiple information systems should give full play to synergistic effect and improve related management standards and system construction. The safety of information system also needs the information department of the hospital to provide adequate security.
