特异性皮炎患者外周血Th1/Th2平衡的意义

摘要
目的探讨Th1/Th2比例失衡在特异性皮炎(AD)发病中的意义。方法采用流式细胞仪测定20例特异性皮炎患者和20例正常健康体检者静脉血Th1、Th2细胞水平,并计算Th1/Th2比值,采用酶联免疫吸附实验法检测血清中白细胞介素-2、γ-干扰素、白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-10的蛋白含量。结果特异性皮炎患者的辅助Th1细胞水平和Th1/Th2相对比率高于正常人,辅助Th2细胞水平低于正常人。患者血清的白细胞介素-2和γ-干扰素蛋白含量明显高于正常人,白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-10蛋白含量低于正常人。结论 Th1/Th2的病理性变化与特异性皮炎发病有关。
Objective To investigate the significance of Th1/Th2 cells and their cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with specific dermatitis. Methods Th1 and Th2 cell frequencies were measured by immunofluorescence labeling and flow cytometry in 20 patients with specific dermatitis and 20 normal healthy subjects. Thy type cytokines and Th2 cytokines were detected by ELISA double antibody sandwich method s level. Results The ratio of Th1 cells and Th1/Th2 ratio in patients with specific dermatitis were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the proportion of Th2 cells was significantly lower than that of the control group. The expression levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in patients with specific dermatitis were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Pathological imbalance of Th1/Th2 cells is an important cause of the pathogenesis of specific dermatitis.
