朝阳县东山上沟小流域水土流失综合治理

摘要
针对辽宁省朝阳县东山上沟小流域水土流失严重问题,指出综合治理的必要性,介绍了耕地保土、沟壑拦蓄、荒山林草和封育自修等4个水土保持专项治理措施与实施过程。实施后,水土保持效果效益显著。
There existed serious water and soil loss in the Dong-shan-shang-gou small river basin at Chaoyang coun-ty of Liaoning province. The author discussed the necessity of comprehensive harnessing, presented four items ofspecial harnessing measures including earth retaining of cultivated land, water storage at gullies, grass or tree plant-ing on barren hills and closing hillsides for forest conservation. These measures had been implemented with signifi-cant water and soil conservation effects.
