摘要

研究探讨面向专业的空间服务模式,旨在促进图书馆的服务创新。文章借助传播学拉斯韦尔5W模式理论搭建空间专业服务框架,在分析服务主体、服务客体、服务渠道、服务内容与形式、服务评价与反馈五要素的基础上,构建空间专业服务模式,并以顺德职业技术学院艺术专题共享空间为例,提出针对五要素的空间专业服务构建策略。
Studying and exploring the specialty-oriented space service model aims to promote service innovation in polytecnic libraries. This article builds a space professional service framework with the help of the Lass-well 5W model theory of communication science. Based on the analysis of five main elements-service subject,service object,service channel,service content and form,and service evaluation and feedback,this paper constructs a space professional service model. Taking the ART IC in Shunde Polytecnic College as an example,this paper proposes a strategy for the construction of space professional services based on five factors.
