摘要
胎儿纤维连接蛋白(fetal Fibronectin,fFN)是一种存在于羊膜、蜕膜和绒毛膜基质的糖蛋白,在孕妇胎盘与子宫之间起着连接支持作用。在正常情况,fFN在宫颈阴道分泌物中的含量成分比较少,在孕22-35周,正常机体条件下,一般无法检测到fFN的含量,但是在22周后,在孕妇阴道分泌物中检测到比较高含量的fFN值,则预示着具有早产的可能性。在临床研究中,关于自发性早产与fFN含量关系研究的资料不胜枚举,深入研究并理解fFN与自发性早产的相关性,具有不可估量的意义。在本文的研究中,将针对fFN与自发性早产的关系,深入探讨一些重要问题。
        Fetal fibronectin(fFN) is a kind of glycoprotein present in the amniotic membrane, decidua and chorionic matrix, which plays a role in the connection between placenta and uterus in pregnant women. In normal circumstances, fFN content in the cervix vaginal secretions less, in the 22-35 weeks of gestational age, the normal body conditions, the general can not detect the fFN content, but after 22 weeks in pregnant women vaginal discharge A higher level of fFN was detected, indicating the possibility of having a preterm birth. In clinical studies, the data on the relationship between spontaneous preterm birth and fFN content are numerous and in-depth study and understanding of the correlation between fFN and spontaneous preterm birth, has immeasurable significance. In this study, some important issues will be discussed in depth in the light of the relationship between fFN and spontaneous preterm labor.
