摘要
报告基因显像技术是分子影像学中重要的成像技术,其将报告基因与报告探针结合在一起,通过探针的聚集显像报告基因产物的活性水平,从而间接提供报告基因表达水平及驱动报告基因表达的内源性信号或转录因子水平的信息,有望成为一门从基础研究到临床应用的学科,在疾病的早期发现、精确定位、准确定量、基因治疗的效能评估等方面发挥重要作用,为临床提供更多有价值的信息。本文就MR报告基因分类及其在肿瘤诊治的应用等作一综述。
