摘要
采用石墨键榫系统连接固定的HTR-PM堆芯在地震下表现出非线性特征。为研究HTR-PM堆芯的非线性响应,清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院开展了堆芯侧反射层结构的1∶3相似模型抗震试验。试验模型由石墨砖、碳砖、石墨圆榫、方键和燕尾键组成。试验分下筒无球、下筒有球和全模型有球3种工况。每种工况分别施加白噪声、OBE、SSE等多种载荷。通过试验获得了侧反射层模型的模态、加速度动态响应、位移动态响应等结果。试验加载符合安全标准,堆内构件在地震载荷下的完整性得到验证。
        The core of HTR-PM which is fixed and connected with keys and dowels system,exhibits nonlinear characters under seismic loads.A seismic test of 1∶3 scaled side-reflector was conducted by Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology of Tsinghua University aiming to investigate the HTR-PM core nonlinear response.The model was made of graphite bricks,carbon bricks,graphite dowels and keys.Random loads,OBE loads,SSE loads were applied under conditions including lower-barrel without ceramic pebbles,lower-barrel with ceramic pebbles and whole model with ceramic pebbles.Thus,modes,acceleration dynamic responses and displacement dynamic responses are obtained.According with safety standards,the integrity of the HTR-PM core internals under seismic conditions is confirmed.
