早复极综合征2017年最新进展及专家共识解读

摘要
2013年HRS/EHRA/APHRS共识正式将早复极综合征列入原发遗传性心律失常,对其诊治要点和遗传学检测作出阐述。2016年4月AHA共识和10月的国外对早复极波的定义、流行病学、遗传和生物学特征进行描述。本文综合这3个国际共识,提炼出早复极波和早复极综合征各自的特点,为临床工作者理清思绪,提供依据。
The 2013 HRS/EHRA/APHRS consensus formally listed early repolarization syndrome as an inherited primary arrhythmia syndrome,and identified its diagnosis,treatment and genetic characteristics.The April 2016,AHA consensus and the October 2016 consensus described the definition,epidemiology,genetic and biological basis of early repolarization pattern.This paper synthesizes the three international consensuses,and extracts the characteristics of early repolarization pattern and early repolarization syndrome,which provides guidance and recommendations to physicians on appropriate recognition and risk management.
