摘要
根据电牵引采煤机摇臂工作特性及故障诊断系统要求,完成了故障诊断系统的硬件和软件设计。该电牵引采煤机摇臂故障诊断系统基于LabVIEW平台,实现了信号监测分析软件的开发,并在此基础上根据故障特性实现了故障类型识别和诊断。系统可根据传感器测量信号完成采煤机摇臂工作状态的动态监测,实现振动分析和诊断分析等功能,同时可对采煤机不同工况下的工作状态进行评估,提升了采煤机运行可靠性。
        According to the working characteristics of the rocker arm of the electric haulage shearer and the requirements of the fault diagnosis system, the hardware and the software of the fault diagnosis system were designed. The fault diagnosis system for the rocker arm of the electric haulage shearer was designed based on LabVIEW, and the signal monitor and analysis software was developed also, thus the identification and diagnosis of the fault type was realized according to the fault characteristics. The system online monitored the working status of the rocker arm of the shearer according to the signals measured by sensors, so as to complete vibration analysis and diagnosis analysis. Meanwhile, it evaluated the working status of the shearer in various operation modes, which enhanced the operation reliability of the shearer.
