摘要
高校新入职教师参与岗前培训对减少教师适应期,加快教师快速成长大有裨益。但高校新入职教师岗前培训存在以下问题:培训理念不够柔性、培训方式缺乏自主、培训内容针对性不强、考核方式过于注重理论。这严重影响到新入职教师岗前培训的效果。本文则以此为基础,探讨原因,并针对性地提出完善对策,希望能够有效提升高校新入职教师岗前培训效果。
        The participation of newly recruited teachers in pre-service training in colleges and universities is of great benefit to reducing the adaptation period of teachers and accelerating the rapid growth of teachers. However,there are the following problems in pre-service training of newly recruited teachers in colleges and universities: the training idea is not flexible enough,the training method is lack of autonomy,the training content is not specific enough,and the assessment method pays too much attention to theory. This seriously affects the effect of pre-job training for newly recruited teachers. On this basis,this paper explores the reasons and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the effect of pre-service training for newly recruited teachers in colleges and universities.
