通腹逐瘀汤治疗单纯性胸腰椎压缩骨折后便秘的临床疗效

摘要
目的观察通腹逐瘀汤治疗单纯性胸腰椎压缩骨折后便秘的临床疗效。方法将300例单纯性胸腰椎压缩骨折后便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组150例。治疗组给予口服通腹逐瘀汤,对照组给予口服酚酞片,两组疗程均为3 d。观察两组患者临床疗效、服药后肛门排便及排气时间、腹痛腹胀缓解时间、服药后8 h内肠鸣音情况。结果治疗组总有效率为87. 3%,对照组总有效率为83. 3%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗组服药后肛门排气及排便时间、腹痛腹胀缓解时间均短于对照组,肠鸣音次数多于对照组(均P <0. 05)。结论通腹逐瘀汤治疗单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折后便秘的疗效与酚酞片相当,但能缩短患者肛门排气、排便时间及腹痛腹胀时间。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tongfu Zhuyu Decoction for constipation after simple thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods A total of 300 patients with constipation after simple thoracolumbar compression fracture were allocated to treatment group or control group,with 150 cases in each group. The treatment group and control group were orally administrated with Tongfu Zhuyu Decoction and phenolphthalein tablet,respectively.The clinical efficacy,duration for anal defecation and exhaust after administration,duration for abdominal pain and distension relief,and bowel sound within 8 hours after administration were observed in both groups. Results The total effectiveness rates of the treatment group and control group were 87. 3% and 83. 3%,respectively,with no significant difference( P > 0. 05). After administration,shorter duration for anal defecation and exhaust,and abdominal pain and distension relief,and more frequency of bowel sound were observed in the treatment group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tongfu Zhuyu Decoction obtains a similar efficacy to phenolphthalein tablet,but it can shorten the duration for anal defecation and exhaust,abdominal pain and distension for patients of constipation after simple thoracolumbar compression fracture.
