摘要
对于所获得的寡糖类成分经PMP衍生化法测定活性寡糖组分中的单糖组成,确认所述的寡糖类组分中单糖单元为葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖,其中主要为葡萄糖。经LC-MS分析,确认所述的寡糖组分主要是由大约2~10个左右单糖单元聚合而成,其分子量范围为200Da~3000 Da,其中主要集中在200Da~2000Da。通过血小板聚集试验,确认所述的寡糖组分抗血小板聚集活性主要是对体外ADP诱导和胶原诱导的血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用。
        For the obtained oligosaccharide components,was determined by PMP derivatization, The monosaccharide units of the active oligosaccharides were confirmed to be glucose,galactose and mannose, and glucose was the main component.According to lc-ms analysis, it was confirmed that the oligosaccharide component was mainly composed of about 2~10 monosaccharide units,whose molecular weight range was 200 Da~2000 Da.Bythe platelet aggregation test,it was confirmed that the antiplatelet aggregation activity of the oligosaccharide component was mainly to inhibit ADP inductionin vitro and collagen induced platelet aggregation.
