摘要
工业炉是非常重要的热动力设备,需要承受巨大压力与热量,一旦设计不当,势必会导致工业炉爆炸事故。因此,在工业炉设计中必须加强对安全性与环保性的重视,寻求最佳设计方案,以有效保证工业炉热效率。计算机辅助设计以其自身独特优势,在工业炉设计中备受青睐。据此,针对工业炉设计中所存在的问题,利用计算机辅助软件作为设计手段,提高设计水平与质量,从而为提高设备性能提供了有力帮助。并通过促生成备外形三维立体成图,直观形象地展现了设备结构,优化了设计方案,同时利用对复杂结构件在受力受热多重影响下的力学变形,进一步优化改进了设计结构。
        Industrial furnace is a very important thermal power equipment,it needs to bear huge pressure and heat,once the design is not right,it will inevitably lead to industrial furnace explosion accident. Therefore,in the industrial furnace design,paid pay more attention must be to the safety and environmental protection,and seek the best design scheme to ensure the thermal efficiency of the industrial furnace effectively. Computer aided design(CAD) is very popular in industrial furnace design because of its unique advantages. Therefore,aiming at the problems existing in the design of industrial furnace,the computer aided software is used as the design means to improve the level and quality of the design,thus providing a powerful help for improving the performance of the equipment. The structure of the equipment is displayed intuitively and the design scheme is optimized by promoting the three-dimensional drawing of the equipment shape. At the same time,the structural design is further optimized and improved by using the mechanical deformation of the complex structure under the influence of heat and multiple loads.
