论损补自调在“神-阴阳自和-因势利导”理论中的核心作用

摘要
中医学辨证论治的核心是促使机体阴阳自和,而"损补自调"是机体阴阳失和的自我纠正方法;"神"是阴阳自和的内在动力,"因势利导"则是借用外力以求"损补"的治疗智慧。"神-阴阳自和-损补自调-因势利导"是集人体自我调节作用与中医特色治法为一体的理论观念。深入探讨人体"损补自调"的机制,有利于加深对辨证论治内在机制的了解和提高临床遣方用药的水平。
The key of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation is to promote harmony between yin and yang,while 'self-adjustment of yin and yang' is a method of human body to coordinating yin and yang. Spirit is the internal motivation for natural harmony of yin-yang, yet 'treatment based on general trend' is to balance yin and yang by external force. 'Spirit-harmony between yin and yang-treatment based on the general trend' is a theory combining the self-regulating effect of human body and TCM characteristic therapy. Discussing the 'self-adjustment of yin and yang' could help understand the mechanism of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and improve the ability of clinical prescriptions use.
