摘要
为了准确鉴定21份葡萄砧木品种资源的耐盐性。采用营养钵基部盐液浸泡法,设置100 mmol/L盐处理(以不加盐作为对照),以盐害指数为指标,通过聚类分析对21份葡萄砧木进行了耐盐性鉴定。结果表明:耐盐力强的‘Salt creek’和‘Dogridge’来自香槟尼葡萄,‘洛特’来自沙地葡萄,‘101-14’来自河岸葡萄作为母本的杂交组合,而耐盐力弱的是‘5BB’‘188-08’‘420A’‘140R’‘1103P’‘SO4’均来自冬葡萄作为母本的杂交组合。因此,耐盐砧木育种中,可选择耐盐性强的香槟尼、沙地葡萄和河岸葡萄作为母本进行杂交育种。
In order to accurately identify salt tolerance of twenty-one grape rootstock resources, twenty-one grape rootstocks were planted in pots whose base soaking in salt solution with the concentration gradient of 100 mmol/L NaCl.According to salt injury index, the salt tolerance of rootstocks were ascertained by cluster analysis.The results showed that ‘salt creek',‘Dogridge',Rupestris du Lot and ‘101-14' with strong salt tolerance all came from the cross combination of V.champini,V.rupetris,V.riparia as female parent, separately.However, ‘5 BB'‘188-08'‘420 A'‘140 R'‘1103 P' and ‘SO4' with weak salt tolerance all came from the cross combination of V.Berlandier as female parent.In the breeding of salt-tolerant rootstock, V.champini,V.rupetris and V.riparia with strong salt tolerance could be selected as female parent for cross breeding.
