高低压线缆耦合仿真分析

摘要
线束的干扰问题是汽车电磁兼容问题中的重要组成部分,因此汽车线束的电磁兼容设计非常重要。本文主要讨论高低压线缆的耦合问题,利用软件建立线束耦合的仿真模型,分析高低压线束共线长度、线束间距、离地高度以及低压敏感线束端接负载阻抗对线束间串扰的影响,为整车电磁兼容设计阶段汽车线束的布置提供参考。通过仿真分析可知,在对汽车高低压线束布线时,应尽可能减小共线长度,增大线束间距,并使线束尽可能靠近布置,以减小高低压线束间的串扰。同时,可通过适当减小低压敏感线束近端负载阻抗,来降低高压骚扰源对整车线束和低压电气系统的影响。
The interference of wire harness is an important part of electromagnetic compatibility,thus the electromagnetic compatibility design of automobile wire harness is very important.This paper mostly discussed high-voltage and low-voltage cables coupling,and a simulation model was established with software to analyze the effects of wire harnessesparameterson crosstalk,such as collinear length,distance between wire harnesses,height above the ground and load impedance of low-voltage sensitive harness,which provides reference for the layout of the wire harness in the EMC design phase of the vehicle.Simulation results show that we could reduce the collinear length,increase the separation distance of wire harnesses and make them close to ground as much as possible to reduce crosstalk,or could decrease the near- end load impedance of sensitive wire harnesses properly.
