车牌半成品自动生产线的反光膜卷张力模糊控制研究及网络控制系统设计

摘要
本论文首先从车牌半成品的生产工艺流程入手,对国内首条车牌半成品自动生产线进行了设计,并通过对车牌半成品自动生产线的主要控制对象的分析,选定了铝带贴膜环节的反光膜放卷张力控制系统作为本课题的研究对象。然后,分别建立了张力控制系统中的交流伺服传动模型、张力模型、料卷实时卷径模型、张力臂受力模型及放卷过程的力学模型,并对其进行了分析研究。在此基础上,对反光膜放卷张力控制系统的模糊控制及模糊自整定PID控制方法进行了探讨,并对相应的控制模型进行了仿真。
     其次,本论文结合网络控制技术,对基于PROFIBUS的网络控制系统进行了研究。将控制系统分为了三级控制结构,即:设备控制级、过程控制级及管理级。设备控制级以S7-200 PLC为控制核心,通过检测各种现场参数完成了对现场各种仪表、电机、阀门、开关量等的综合监测和控制;过程控制级主要由S7-300 CPU 313C-2DP组成,作为中间级,一方面完成对下级设备的过程控制,另一方面需要通过工业以太网将现场数据传送到上层的管理级;管理级则主要完成远程的监控及生产管理等。
     此外,本文从触摸屏组态软件的设计、PROFIBUS主站及从站控制程序设计等几个方面简要介绍了控制系统的软件设计过程,并给出了相应的控制流程图。
     车牌半成品自动生产线现已投入试运行,系统运行情况良好。
The thesis starts with the producing technological process firstly and designs the first domestic automatic product line of the vehicle licence plate's semi-products. And through the analysis of the main control objects of the automatic production line, we choose the unwinding tension control system of the aluminium cingulum's sticking tache as the research object. Then, it sets up the tension control system's models listed below separately: the tramission model of AC servo, the tension model, the real-time film roll's diameter model, the acting force model of the tension arm, the dynamics model of the unwinding process and it has an analysis and research on them. On the basis of this, it makes a further research on the fuzzy control and fuzzy-PID self-regulating algorithm of the reflective film's unwinding tension control system and carries on the simulation to the corresponding control models.
    Secondly, this thesis combines the network control technology with the control system to study the network control system based on PROFffiUS. It divides the control system into three layers from the structure, namely: the equipment control layer, process control layer and management layer. The equipment layer regards S7-200 PLCs as core of the control .It makes synthetical monitoring and control to various kinds of instruments, electrical machinery, valve, switch and so on in the scene through measuring various kinds of parameters on-the-spot. The process control layer consists of S7-300 CPU 313 C-2DP mainly. As the middle layer, it finishes the control to the subordinate equipment on one hand and conveys the on-the-spot data to the upper management layer through industry Ethernet on the other hand. The management layer needs to fulfil mainly the long-range control and production management,etc.
    In addition, this thesis introduces the control system's software programming process briefly from the following aspects: the touch panel's software design, the PROFffiUS master station and slave stations' control software design. And, it also gives the corresponding control flowcharts.
