The personalization ring-back tone service, which called the Color Ring Back Tone service, uses playback and telephone channel bridge joint function of the independent intelligence peripheral, and substitutes tradition monotonous ringing tone by richly colorful music. The calling subscriber will hear music ting but will not be the ordinary ring-back tone in the call process. This service is applied by the called subscriber, and may act according to the different calling subscriber classification to provide the different ring-back tone.
This article have made the exhaustive description On the CRBT service introduction、the formulation and the realization plan. The CRBT service has three kinds of realization plan, which is the Service-node way , intelligent network way and the switch way. CMCC applies the intelligent network way and the switch way, but these two ways have the question of the route to be circuitous and unable to hear music in interprovincial roam at present. In order to resolve these contradictions, CMCC has promoted the new CRBT service standard.
This article has done the research to the Tianjin Mobile CRBT service present situation and the development situation. At beginning, Tianjin Mobile CRBT service is realized through intelligent network way, in which SCP controls the SSP and the IIP. Along with the Promotion of the group company CRBT new standard and the market demand, we select the CRBT service mix network method in network expansion. It has solved the market urgent demand, Meanwhile has laid the good foundation for the CRBT service target net realization.
After six months' hard-working, Tianjin Mobile expanded the database and the network units of the IIP. And at the same time, in order to support the target net realization, Tianjin Mobile updated and patched its network core equipment, the MSC/GMSC/TMSC etc. In additional of network data configuration, Tianjin Mobile realized the CRBT service mix network method.
By now, after 6 times of network expansion, Tianjin Mobile constructed 3 CRBT service IIP, which can support 1,400,000 subscribers each and 4,200,000 subscribers totally. As the service realization method update from the intelligent network way to the target network way, CRBT service target network expansion project promises the service operate smoothly and stability, and promotes the subscribers of the service enormously.
As the 3G communication period is coming, the article has made the brief description on the MRBT (Multimedia Ring Back Tone) service introduction, the formulation and the realization plan.
