药型罩同轴度参数检测方法研究

摘要
药型罩同轴度参数直接影响炮弹及导弹的性能,而当前国内的药型罩同轴度检测手段却十分落后,同轴度检测已成为阻碍进一步提高炮弹、导弹性能的重要因素。
     针对于此,本文设计了一种基于PSD的药型罩同轴度参数检测方法,该方法以激光为准直光轴,利用位置敏感探测器PSD测量药型罩截面圆孔心的位置变化,通过数据采集、串口传输送给PC机进行数据计算与处理。重点研究了利用BP神经网络对二维PSD的非线性校正方法,并进行了MATLAB仿真训练,使PSD的输出具有了较好的线性度。通过理论分析和实验,讨论了测试条件对PSD测量精度的影响,提出了克服干扰的措施。最后,通过对药型罩同轴度测量实验结果的分析,证实了该方法能够满足系统设计的精度要求0.05mm。
The liner coaxial parameters directly affect the performance of artillery shells and missiles, but the coaxiality of the current domestic means is still very backward, coaxiality testing has become a disincentive to further improve the properties of shells and missiles.
     Based on this, the paper designs a method to detect the coaxiality of the liner based on PSD, in which laser light is used as foundtional axis, PSD is used to measure the position change of the center of the liner's holes. The data is send to the computer which measures and deals with it through its acquisition and serial transmission. We focus on the study of nonlinearity of planar PSD output and the non-linearity correcting method of the Backpropagation NN. After simulation of Backpropagation NN, the output of PSD has well linearity. Through the analysis of theory and experiment, the article discusses the influence of testing condition on detection precision of PSD and proposes measures to overcome the interference. Finally, it proves that the method can meet the accuracy requirements 0.05mm of the system by analyzing the experiment result.
