乳液共混法水性功能树脂的制备及性能研究

摘要
本文主要研究了乳液共混法水性功能树脂的制备,以及它们在水性纸塑复膜胶方面的应用。首先比较了不同阳离子单体(DA、DM、NVF)苯丙乳液对乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)乳液性能的影响,系统考察了含DA的阳离子型苯丙乳液用量、阳离子基浓度对共混乳液黏度、黏结强度、乳液膜表面性能的影响。接着采用物理共混法考察不同增黏树脂乳液及其用量对EVA乳液性能的影响,研究了纳米碳酸钙的改性工艺条件及其作为填料对增黏树脂-EVA共混乳液性能的影响,并利用合成的阳离子型苯丙乳液对上述共混乳液进行交联,研制出达到市场要求的水性纸塑复膜胶。最后采用乳液聚合法合成了丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,考察了反应温度、乳化剂、单体种类和配比对乳液性能的影响,同时利用上述共聚乳液,采用乳液共混法制备了增黏树脂-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,为丙烯酸酯乳液在水性复膜胶领域的改性和应用提供了可靠的参考依据。
The preparation of waterborn function resins by blends of latex were investigated,and their applications in waterborn laminating adhesive were studied.Firstly,the effects of different cationic styrene-acrylic emulsions and their amounts、cationic density on rheology、peel strength、membrane surface properties of EVA emusion were investaged.Secondly,the relationshipes between EVA blending emusions and the different sticky resin emusiones and their amounts were studied, the effectes of modified conditions of nano calcium carbonate were investigated,and waterborn laminating adhesives were produced by the blending emusion and the cationic monomer styrene-acrylic emulsion synthesized formerly. Finally, acrylate copolymer emusions were synthesized, and the effects of reaction temperature、emulsifiers、monomers and their amounts on copolymer emusions were studied, sticky resin - acrylate copolymer emulsion was prepared by blends of latex, and reliable reference of modification and application of acrylate copolymer emusion in the area of waterborn laminating adhesive was provided.
