380nm-570nm短波通滤光片的设计与制备研究

摘要
短波通截止滤光片在军用,数码影像以及光学全息的光学系统中占有重要的一环,因此其市场应用前景可观。尤其是在指纹仪中的应用,对身份识别以及刑侦工作有着巨大的影响。
     本文从介绍截止滤光片在指纹仪上的作用及工作原理,说明了短波通滤光片的研究目的和意义。要实现指纹仪精确度的提高,需建设良好的膜系设计与提供优良的生产工艺。本文结合薄膜的基本原理,通过相关理论,选取了合适的膜料,讨论了在现有生产条件下,进行了短波通滤光片的膜系设计。设计并制造出了满足监控波长是650nm,在380—570nm波段都是高增透,在580—900nm波段高截止的滤光片。
Short-wave-pass cut-off filter is an important part of the optical system occupies in the military, digital imaging and optical holographic. Especially, the instrument of the filter in the fingerprint has great impact on the identification and criminal investigation.
     This paper describes cut-off filter in fingerprint instrument on the role and working principle describes the short-wave pass filter research purposes and significance. Fingerprint instrument to achieve the improvement of accuracy, we need a good corresponding membrane system design and manufacturing process to guarantee. In this paper, the basic principles of film, through the related theories, select a suitable membrane material, discussed in the current production conditions, conducted a short-wave pass filter coating design. Designed and manufactured to meet the monitoring of the wavelength is 650nm, in the 380-570nm band is a high AR in the 580-900nm-band high end of the filter.
