三倍体毛白杨APMP制浆研究

摘要
在造纸业日益发展的今天,各种新型制浆方法相继涌现。化学机械制浆法已经成为制浆家族中不可或缺的一分子。从Friedrich Gottlob Keller(1816-95)和Chares Fenerty(1821-95)在18世纪各自独立发明了第一种适合造纸的机械浆一磨石磨木浆,开创了用机械浆生产新闻纸的新局面后,机械浆就蓬勃地发展起来了。随后,在用盘磨处理磨石磨木浆渣的基础上发展起来了盘磨机械浆RMP。而1973年在斯德哥尔摩举行的国际机械浆会议为我们带来了更胜一筹的TMP制浆法。为改善柔软性和提高纸浆强度,1974年又成功地将化学机械热磨浆CTMP投入生产。随后又开发出漂白化学热磨机械浆BCTMP。APMP法则是在BCTMP的基础上开发出来的最新的化学机械制浆法。目前,APMP法也有了一些改良,如P-RC APMP等。
     由北京林业大学朱之悌院士领导,将现代生物技术运用于林木育种上,历经15年开发出了一种前所未有的新型速生杨木—三倍体毛白杨。经实验证明,杨木天然白度高,密度小,是适合APMP法制浆的优良树种。目前,在国内已经开始大面积种植,为实现林纸一体化提供可靠保证。
     本论文鉴于此等情况,主要进行了以下研究:三倍体毛白杨的纤维形态和化学组成分析;三倍体毛白杨APMP制浆工艺的研究;盐土三倍体毛白杨的APMP制浆研究等。
     经研究发现,和同类速生杨木黑杨相比,三倍体毛白杨的纤维长度较长,细小纤维含量低;和普通杨木相比,其综纤维素含量高、木素含量低,是优良的制浆原料。在合适的工艺条件下,可获得高白度高强度的浆料,化学预处理的工艺条件为:H_2O_2:6.0%;NaOH:6.0%;Na_2SiO_3:4.0%;MgSO_4:0.1%;EDTA:0.5%;液比:1:4;温度:75℃/85℃;时间:45分钟。
     研究还表明,盐土生长环境对三倍体毛白杨的化学组成存在一定的影响,但对APMP制浆性能无明显影响。从制浆性能考虑,可以在盐土上种植三倍体毛白杨。
All kinds of pulping processes are developed presently. The chemimechanical pulping is a very important method nowadays. Already in the 18th century, Friedrich Gottlob Keller (1816-95) and Charles Fenerty (1821-92) are credited independently with the discovery of wood grinding and the first mechanical pulp suitable for papermaking. As we look back on the history of technical developments, we can recognize that RMP, TMP, CTMP and BCTMP are developed one by one. APMP is a new chemimechanical pulping process based on BCTMP process.
    It has become necessary requirement for modern paper industry itself and the development of economic law to use wood as main raw material. Triploid Chinese Poplar (TCWP) is a kind of new tree-types, which cultivated by the Research Room White Poplar, BJFU. The merits of TCWP are fast growing, high quality and short timber periods, which could promote the course of integration of forest-paper and establish the fundamental of continuable developing of papermaking industry in China.
    In the paper, the fiber configuration and chemical composition of TCWP are studied. The chemical conditions of the APMP pretreatment are also researched. At the same time, comparison of the juvenile Triploid Chinese Poplar in Saline Soil and Normal 5-year Poplar on APMP Pulping properties are studied.
    The results showed that the fiber length of TCWP is longer and the fines content is less than other poplars. TCWP is chemically different from normal poplar with a clearly lower lignin, and higher cellulose content.
    The suitable chemical doses used in the pretreatment were: hydrogen peroxide (2.0/4.0%), sodium hydroxide (4.0/2.0%). In addition some DTPA, sodium silicate and Epsom salt are added for stabilizing peroxide.
    The studies showed that the saline environment has no obvious effect on TCWP growing and APMP pulping properties but has some effects on chemical composition.
