摘要
本文论述了语文教育对旅游职中学生的重要性，通过分析指出了现行旅游职中语文教学不能满足旅游职中学生对语文的特殊需求，提出了改革旅游职中语文教学的原则与措施。
本文主体共分为三个部分：“旅游业对从业人员的素质要求和语文教育”，“旅游职中学生和旅游职中语文”、“旅游职中语文教学改革的原则与措施”。
第一部分：通过旅游业对从业人员素质要求的介绍，分析了语文教育对旅游职中学生的重要性。
第二部分：介绍了旅游职中学生“四差一偏”的现状，通过教材与教学两个方面的分析，指出现行旅游职中语文教学不能满足学生的特殊要求，强调改革旅游职中语文教学的必要性。
第三部分：本着旅游职中语文教学的改革必须与学生实际相结合、与专业相结合、与学生工作(生活)相结合的原则，提出了编写一本语文补充教材和在语文教学中加强学生口语交际能力、审美能力培养的具体实施意见。
This article expounds the importance of Chinese language literature on the students of tourism vocational schools. Through analyzing the facts, this article points out that Chinese language literature teaching can't satisfy the special requirement which the students of tourism vocational schools should have on the Chinese language literature, and also put forward the principle and measure which can reform the Chinese language literature teaching method of tourism vocational schools.
The main body of this article is divided into three parts: "quality requirement to the service employees in the tourism field and Chinese language literature teaching" , "the students of tourism vocational schools and the language and literature of tourism vocational schools", "the principle and measure of Chinese language literature teaching reform of tourism vocational schools" .
The first part: Through the introduction of the quality requirement of service employees, it analyzes the importance of Chinese language literature teaching to the students of tourism vocational schools.
The second part: In the means of two aspects of teaching material and education, it introduces the present conditions of "four inferiority and one inclination" . It also points out that the current Chinese language literature teaching of tourism vocational schools
can't satisfy the students' special request and emphasize s the necessity of Chinese language literature teaching of tourism vocational schools.
The third part: According to the principle that Chinese language literature teaching reform must be interacted with students' reality, academics and students' word (life), it puts forward the concrete suggestion that a Chinese language literature complementary teaching material should be compiled and the ability of spoken language communication and esthetics should be fostered in the Chinese language literature teaching.
