动态竞争环境下的企业竞争战略研究

摘要
进入21世纪以来,世界经济得到进一步的融合与发展。在世界经济一体化的大趋势中,我国经济不可避免会受到世界其他国家企业及市场环境因素的影响:一方面,我国企业的竞争环境出现了瞬息万变的动态化趋势;另一方面,大量国外大型企业进入我国市场,并运用其丰富的国际化竞争经验及理论与我国企业进行竞争。在新的竞争环境下,我国企业需要学会适应竞争环境的动态性变化并学习国外先进的竞争理论,以期能够缩小我国企业在国际化竞争中的差距,少走弯路,弥补我国企业在国际化竞争中所缺少的经验。
     本文采用规范研究、综合分析、逻辑归纳、定量分析等方法,从企业竞争环境的变化分析入手,逐步深入,通过分析环境变化的原因和影响,反思环境动态变化下的企业传统竞争战略,并对新的竞争理论——动态竞争战略进行了阐述。在分析、研究动态竞争战略要素、特点的基础上,本文对动态竞争战略的构建流程及企业效用进行研究,并最终提出了动态竞争战略方案定量分析方案。其主要内容包括:
     第一部分对当前国内外动态竞争战略的研究现状进行了分析,指出了进行动态竞争战略研究的必要性。
     第二部分具体分析了企业竞争环境的变化及其影响,并从竞争环境变化的角度反思了传统竞争战略,指出动态竞争环境的变化已经对传统竞争战略构成了挑战。
     第三部分对动态竞争战略理论进行了分析,给出了动态竞争的定义及其界定标准;通过比较动态竞争战略与传统竞争战略的优势及劣势,指出实施动态竞争战略已经势在必行;最后对动态竞争战略的实施对企业要求及影响进行了具体分析。
     第四部分提出了动态竞争战略的构建流程并详细分析了构建流程的具体步骤。动态竞争战略的构建首先需要分析企业的竞争对手及竞争双方的竞争优势,并在此基础上提出可行的竞争战略组,此后预期竞争对手对企业可能实施的竞争战略组的反应,最终建立数学模型、定量分析动态竞争战略组,通过比较不同竞争战略的风险及效益得出最佳的战略方案。

As we enter the 21st century, the world economy has been further integrated and developed. In the trend of the world economic integration, the market and environment factors in other country in the world will inevitable influence China's economy: on the one hand, China's enterprises competitive environment appears of a rapidly changing dynamic of trends;On the other hand, a large number of big foreign enterprises enter China's market which use their rich experience in international competition and theory to compete with Chinese enterprises. In the new competitive environment, our businesses need to learn to adapt to the dynamic changes in the competitive environment and study the advanced competition theory abroad, with a view to narrowing the gap of China's enterprises in the internationalized competition with less pain, and study the internationalized competition experience which China's enterprises in the lack of.The article start by the analysis of changes in enterprises competitive environment by the use of standardized research, comprehensive analysis, logic summarized and quantitative analysis methods, and through the analysis of the causes and effects of environmental change to reflect the traditional enterprises competitive strategy in dynamic environmental, and define the new competition theory — elaborated dynamic competitive strategy. With the fundamental analysis and research of elements and features of dynamic competitive strategy, the paper research the processes of dynamic competition and enterprise effectiveness of the dynamic competition, and ultimately make the quantitative analysis programme of dynamic competitive strategy. Its main contents include:The first part of paper analyzes the current status of research on dynamic competitive strategy and point out the necessity of dynamic competition strategy studies.The second part of paper specifically analyzes the changes in the enterprise competitive environment and its impact, reflects the competitive environment change from the traditional perspective on competitive strategy, and point out that the changes of the dynamic competitive environment have posed a challenge to the traditional competition strategy.
    The third part of paper analysis the theory of dynamic competition strategy, give the definition and the defined standards of dynamic competition;through compared the advantages and disadvantages of traditional competition strategy with dynamic competition strategy, point out that it is imperative for the implementation of dynamic competition strategy. Finally the paper specifically analyzes the process and the requirements and impact for enterprise to carry out dynamic competition strategy.The forth part of paper point out the way to carry out dynamic competition strategy and its detailed process. At first, dynamic competition strategy require to analyze the competitors of enterprise and competitive advantages of both sides, make feasible programme of competition strategy, then expect the response of competitor for the competition strategy of enterprise, and eventually establish mathematical models, quantitative analysis of the programme of dynamic competition strategy, and drawn the best strategy through the comparison of the risks and benefits of different competition strategy.This paper is within the research of national social science fund projects "The Research on the Satisfaction Degree of Learning Enterprise Information Expense in China" (No. 03BTQ022).
