我国党报微博报道的现状、问题及对策研究

摘要
新媒体环境下,微博时代“润物细无声”般悄然来临,渐渐改变着人们对纷繁复杂信息的消费诉求。2012年,随着网络技术和移动互联的飞速发展,党报微博逐渐发展成为公众舆论的发动机。党报通过微博平台传达党的声音,传播正能量,使其在诸多社会热点问题的处理上发挥着举足轻重的作用。
     由于微博本身的局限性,在社会急剧转型时期,社会矛盾比较普遍,网民对社会的期待程度较以往有所提高,有时会有不真实的言论或某些过激想法或行为的产生,造成互联网的戾气,使大家逐渐失去耐心。而党报微博通过关注民生热点,及时准确快速发布,传递出党委和政府的关怀,表达出人民群众内心深处的声音,彰显出权威媒体的责任和担当。小微博传递出大精彩,党报微博以其强大的公信力在喧哗众生中发出了响亮的声音。但是党报微博在发展过程中也遇到了一些问题,如何寻求党报微博的突围之路,更好地为党和人民服务成为当前研究的重大课题。
     本文尝试通过对部分中央级和地市级有影响力有特色的党报官方微博进行剖析,重点从党报微博运营战略、报道内容、与粉丝互动、舆论引导等方面出发,寻找其在运营发展过程中遇到的问题。旨在通过对新媒体环境下,我国党报微博报道发展现状的研究,通过多方位多角度解读党报微博的传播特点,总结党报微博当前存在的问题,并提出解决这些问题的措施和建议。
Under the new media environment, the era of microblogging come into our life quietly in silence, gradually changing consumer demands for complicated information. In2012, with the rapid development of network technology and mobile Internet, the party newspaper microblogging gradually developed into the engine of public opinion. The party newspapers convey the party's and the people's voice through the microblogging platform. And it plays an important role in the processing of many social hot issues.
     Because of the limitations of the micro-Blog itself, in the social transformation period, conflicts are becoming sharper and sharper, so Chinese netizens Look forward to the level of the expectation increasing over the past on the Internet Sometimes there are some radical ideas or behaviors generated by the Internet, we lose patience gradually. But the party newspaper microblogging release news timely and accurately, pass out the concerns of committees and the governments, express the inner voice for the people, show the responsibility and bare of the media focusing on the peoples livelihood hot. Small micro-Blog send out a wonderful world. Moreover, party newspaper microblogging transmit a loud voice with its strong credibility in the hubbub beings. However, the party newspaper microblogging has met some problems in the development process, how to find out ways to give better service to the party and the people becomes an important subject in front of us.
     In this assay, Firstly, I attempt to analyze the characteristics of the part of the central and municipal influential party newspaper microblogging through a multi-faceted interpretation from the operational strategy, the reported content, interaction with fans, public opinion guidance, staffing and other aspects. Secondly, I find out the current problems of the party newspaper microblogging in the development process under the new media environment. Finally, I put forward the measures and suggestions to solve these problems.
